Great customer service by the sales folks, finance and managers. Due to the current supply chain issues, the truck I wanted was not on the lot. But AutoNation Toyota said that they would be able to identify the truck I wanted and give me a close delivery date. I was skeptical at first but since this was going to be my 3rd purchase from them in 14 years I decided that I could trust them to make good. I gave them the specific model and color that I wanted and after they researched it they said it could take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Well, to my great surprise, it arrived in 3 weeks. (The only oversight in the process was that I didn't think about and specify was the interior color. But that was on me.) They set all appointment time, based on my schedule, and I picked up my truck with minimal time spent at the dealership. (The deal and price were completed on the first trip.) The salesman took the time to explain some of the newest features including the Toyota app for my phone. This was the easiest car purchase that I've ever completed. Thanks AutoNation Toyota!

Had my first oil change done here. Seemed a little unorganized when I got there. Stood there for some time until someone acknowledged me. The person that finally helped me was very nice & helped me out. The service seemed to be good. Although I don’t think they rotated the tires because they never asked for the lug key & it was still in the same spot it was in when I dropped the truck off. Service was fairly fast at approximately 1 hr after dropping off. Picking up was same story. You just have to stand around until someone acknowledges you. I will say I was disappointed they didn’t even vacuum the truck out. Shuttle service was prompt.

I left him my number and literally a week later he called me and let me know that the exact model I was looking for was being delivered that day. I went in to see about getting the running boards that came with the truck replaced. 2021 Tacoma w/16k miles. I noticed the drivers side running board is starting to rust. I exlpained it to a service person last week, said i would have to make an appointment for thier techs to "look" at it, made the appointment, fast forward to 3/11/23. Waited 2hrs for nothing. While speaking with a sales person, a person in a white shirt butted in and said I was basically SOL, andI would have to open a "case" with Toyota for them to even think about replacement. 1.5 year old truck and its rusting...poor salesmenship. Will be contacting the service manger VERY SOON!!

Dissatisfied with the service dept. My door catch failed and they would not cover under the warranty because the usual cause is wind catching the door and we had a wind storm last week. The issue was reported before the storm and I rarely have passengers in my vehicle. Additionally, their quote prices the part at $150.00 while other dealerships in the area had it for $77.00. Took my truck in for a complete frame replacement due to rust. Dropped it off late Wednesday afternoon and the truck was ready for me by about 10 the following Friday. Just over a week. So far I have not run into any issues and have been satisfied with the service.

Was told it could be a while maybe after lunch before they could get it diagnosed. Fast forward to 6:30 in the afternoon, the people before me are starting to clear out. Someone asks if I needed help. No one knew anything about a Jeep. finally they found the work order at an empty desk up front. Their joke of a tech also had the wrong diagnosis. "the starter" Nothing got accomplished while the time I was there. I should have skipped their warranty scam and spent a few bucks on the actual part. Three screws and plug it back in, could of been up an going in less than an hour. A big thanks to the young kid, and the red bearded white shirt for taking the initiative, figuring out what was going on, finding my keys, so I could get out of there! I could of been stuck there till closing time and no one would of even known why!

I’ve purchased several new cars over the last 43 years. I’ve never had such an experience in a hard time purchasing a vehicle. Auto Nation, working with my financial institution is unbelievable. The civil staff was super and willing to work with you on selling the vehicle. But for closing the deal it took 7 days from the time I first spoke with the sell man.

I have come to this dealership twice for routine warranty oil changes. Both times I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time and still had to wait over 2 hours each time, I live too far to use the shuttle service. The last time they made it sound like there was something wrong with my brakes and told me that they could go out on the freeway. This was after the tech had gone out to photograph and check my car in. Of course this sounded serious so I said okay to this added service. A standard oil change + the brake service ended up being $320 and on the invoice it stated standard brake service. I feel like I just being up sold for services that they were having "specials" on. While waiting in the waiting area I heard them trying to do this to several other customers which made me feel like they were just trying to get money out of people.

Took my car in earlier this week at 8 AM to have a tire replaced and they said it’d be in by the afternoon, 5 PM rolls around with no word on my car, finally get an update from Adrian that the technician it was originally placed with wasn’t there and no one else picked up the order. I was then told my tire was there and they would have someone else do it. An hour later I get a call that the tire isn’t actually there and they’ll have it tomorrow. The next day I get my car and it’s still having the same issue, I take it back and get told the tech installed it wrong. They’ll have another one and fix it by that evening. It wasn’t, but again they’ll have the tire tomorrow. Next day no updates, I call and they’re waiting on the tire. A few hours later I call again and the tire they ordered for me hadn’t been ordered! “It’s the weekend and they stop ordering at one so um yeah” was the response I got on the phone.

The last visit for oil change, waited over three hours and they forgot to reset the sensor so my car is still showing that I need an oil change.

I went to the department service for first oil change on a Tacoma 2022. They did it but the left a big oil leaking. Considering the among of the leaking they should notice since it started. I took the truck back the same day. Two time s in the department for just a simple oil change.

I made 3 different appointments before I could get my oil changed. The wait time (with an appointment) was not doable for me.

I went in for scheduled maintenance. I love how they send out reminders.

i went in for regular maintenance and was always treated with kindness and a smile. Everyone was very communicative and great about giving me a timeframe and knowledge on the process. Afterwords let me know everything was good and if they recommend any further services. Overall great experience!

It seems to be a used car lot. They don't have any new vehicles and won't be getting any anytime soon. So unfortunate. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere.

I do recommend. Always friendly just these past couple times I’ve gone in for service and havnt received the best service. During tire rotation time they didn’t inspect my tires and I ended up a week later having to get all 4 new tires bc they were all unsafe and no one told me. Always forget to update my oil change mileage in my car even after being told I’d they could. Just inconsistent.

Michelle was amazing! She made it extremely easy and made us feel very comfortable about our decision. Any type of compromise we asked for if she was willing to take. I would advise anyone who is in the market for a new car or used car to definitely contact her!

We have been waiting for three months for follow up from the dealership on what we were promised. Our saleman has left the dealership, the finance guy didn't make the order or follow up, and the general manager had to facilitate the order, but we have never received a call from anyone to make sure this has been taken care of. Today, I called the parts department to be immediately put on hold and still waiting for over 15 minutes.

If you like shady and dishonest dealership experience come here. They tell you they will sell a car at MSRP + $1,000 tint, nitrogen and exterior protection package. So, you put a $1,000 deposit down. I have it in a text and a receipt for my deposit. Then when it comes in, they tell you they are charging a $5,000 mark up even though you have an agreement for MSRP + $1,000 tint, nitrogen and exterior protection package. Take your business to a dealer that doesn't take your money, lie and go back on what was agreed.

I went in for an oil change, front end alignment and drive train fluid change. I worked with Clint Crawford and he was able to accomplish all the work in 2.5hrs, and added a free truck wash. Clint was professional and respectful and kept me updated as the service was underway. I will definitely go back for future service if I can work with Clint.

I Am Disappointed with the outcome of my oil change at AutoNation Toyota, Corpus Christi Texas they had sent my wife Andrea a coupon for an oil change of 3995+ tax I had called in and made an appointment for 10 AM on January 3 upon arrival, the technician took my information, discount card and keys, and proceeded to Get the car in line for service. Did not hear back from the customer service representative for two hours not even to check on us or to see if there was anything we could need after two hours I approached the desk with a customer rep was and he was not at his station so I asked another technician if they could locate my automobile and see what the status was That technician took the information, found my keys and finished the paperwork out for me to get paid and out the door should not have taken two hours to do a simple oil change when I had an appointment already scheduled. Andrea, my wife purchased the Toyota RAV4 automobile from this dealership. If service can’t get better than this we will look for other avenue of service and possible new car. Money was stolen out of my wife's car during a tire patch install. Upon review of the security cameras the manager Andrew said that nobody was in the car long enough to steal anything. I didn't know it took any longer than 5 seconds to stick something in your pocket. It just lets me know that they're lying. Apparently I just have to take some legal action I really thought they were going to handle this better apparently not. I went in on October for oil change & tire rotation. Had all brakes replaced at the recommendation of technician & service provider. Took vehicle back in to get brakes checked due to loud popping noise they were making. They made some adjustments to them. Went back a third time brakes making same noise & bad squeaking. Test drove vehicle with technician. They made adjustments again & applied something to stop the squeaking. Asked them to please replace brakes. That this was the the third time I had been there & I'm from out of town & had to take time from work. Would not replace brakes. Went back a fourth time due to same popping noise. They finally replaced brakes . Problem solved. So very pleased. All the service advisors were very helpful along with the technician. Have always been satisfied with all services I have had at AutoNation. Why were they not replaced to begin with?? Wish they would have replaced them sooner!

Unfortunately, this repair was a direct result of neglect on the part of an oil change done elsewhere. It was a long process due to them. As far as AutoNation, my Jeep was repaired quickly, and I was notified daily during the whole process. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

live is San Antonio, but I had a big issue on ouir 4Runner while in Corpus. All the warning lights when crazy and the car would not exceed 50 mph. I couldn't get back home in that condition. I took our 4Runner to Autonation for an "unscheduled" service. Art there was amazing. It was passed 1pm and Art was still able to get the car into the shop for a diagnostics. That along was great, because he initially talked about keeping the car overnight for the technician to review in the morning. Art understood that I was trying to get back to San Antonio that day. So after a couple of hours waiting Art came up and said the technician found the problem and after another hours of work, the car was fixed. All under 3 1/2 hours and no scheduled service. WOW! I am grateful to Art and the technicians at AutoNation to their great customer service, and yes, I was back home in San Antonio that same day. Crazy! Thanks again AutoNation.

I don't understand why it's so hard to call the customer back when their vehicle is ready after an oil change is completed. I dropped off my car at 2 pm for an oil change and I never received a call from Toyota that car was ready for pickup. I had to call at 6:50 pm. Even if the person that made the service ticket left home for the day, why doesn't anyone else follow up? This is the 3rd time this happens. The service manager or whoever is in charge there, needs to make sure their employees are doing their job. This is a great place to buy your vehicle but when it comes to service be prepared you will have to guess when your vehicle is ready.

JJ was very up to date on today’s vehicles and all the new technology that goes into cars these days .very impressed and working with him was so easy . I was absolutely pleased with Aye! She was great and did her best to help me out. If not for her I may have waited to buy a car, but she is just the kind of person you want to help make a sale for. The rest of the staff was pretty nice too. As for Autonation itself, there is no price dropping. Which is meant to help, but there are cheaper vehicles elsewhere. So look around first. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed a ding in the windshield and a low pressure tire. Which was kind of disappointing as I thought they would make sure your tires were aired up before giving it to you. I can repair my windshield, but only because I bought the premium added on coverage. I don't know what would happen if I didn't. So I would advise you take a good look at the vehicle before driving off.
